The courier left pkg in -17 degrees on porch. I was home and noone knocked. I called customer service at PPE and was told not their problem . Despite I had no email except when it left the warehouse-no updates, no idea it would arrive at 4pm on the day. Was concerned that they froze and efficacy. Finally emailed the company (Well life ) that manufactured and had instant response stating they are stable at freezing temps for X days and perfectly safe to use. My time is valuable as an MD and will not order from your company again!!!!!!!
