placed an order on September 6th. The package was shipped on September 11th. The package was showing arriving late as of September 15th. I reached out to USPS on September and filed a claim regarding the status of the package. I spoke with a representative on September 23rd at the Bear, DE location who stated the address is bad. I reached out to this company to advise I have not received my package. On September 24th I received an email stating the package is in transit which I can clearly see on USPS website. My response email was asking for a refund. The counter response was to contact USPS and ask for a refund since they are the ones who lost the package. I was also told that if I decided to purchase again she would give me a discount and send USPS. Really lady. I purchased my merchandise from you. As of October 22nd the package still in transit and I haven’t received a refund. Will not purchase ever again. Please be aware.
