My experience with Wyrm sports, at first I was concerned as to when my order would arrive as I needed the product for holidays, however customer services kept me up to date regularly

Easy to navigate website, plenty of choices, competitive pricing. Purchasing was straightforward without any fuss.. everything arrived well packaged and delivery was prompt. All tems are of good quality and should last. Highly recommend.

Website is user friendly. But, over 2 weeks from order confirmation to delivery is a little long.

Easy enough to personalise order but would be even better if I could position the image exactly where I want it on the rash guard.

Have to pay for shipping out of pocket to exchange shin guards.

Worst online purchase I’ve ever made. I was promised delivery within two weeks, but after a month I was told it had been delivered to the wrong address. I was offered a refund or a replacement and chose the replacement after being assured it would arrive within two weeks. It wasn’t even dispatched by then. When the gloves finally arrived, they looked nothing like the advertised photos.The print was poorly attached, cheap looking, and low quality Very disappointing experience from start to finish

After I placed the order I didn’t get any update to where my order was until 3 days before it arrived. The tracking number they gave me didn’t work and I actually had to email the company to get an update. It took 25+ days just to find out where the order was.

It’s pretty good, takes a lil while to ship but it’s not too bad. Had a mixup with my order and they were very good about it and gave me a discount on my next order. Takes a little while for them to respond, the next day, but they’re very helpful

My one negative comment is that sometimes the site gives the page where I can add my design, and other times it doesn’t and it asks to go straight to checkout. But overall the experience was mainly positive and easy.
