Yes the T&Cs say 20 working days from placement of the order, but with all the long weekends and holidays in April, it was closer to two months until shipment.
Then in a day or two I am bombarded with quesruons about my experience, and discounts for.further orders.
Just give me time to wash the sheets first!!

May I suggest that customers are advised if/when delays are incurred BEFORE and not AFTER delivery.
