I attempted to return the sweatshirt in store. It was SOOOO heavy…adorable, but almost like a sweater, lol. The sweet girl could not return it and told me that it was not possible for me to return it to the warehouse, either. My only option was to send it back via snail mail. When I went to do just that, the total for shipping it back was $14.00! Certainly not the end of the world, but I think the return policy could use some ironing out. Congrats on your first brick and mortar!
