Disappointing for the price. The material quality feels lower than expected and the product seems to lack proper quality control—I had to fix an electrical connection myself. Assembly is tedious, requiring very small screws to mount the supports. The installation instructions link was broken, which made setup harder. The electrical connector is also bulky and difficult to hide. Overall, the product feels overpriced for the quality and design you receive.

Very hard to get the connections correct. The colors still don’t match between the Eastern and Western continents. The remote doesn’t work correctly, some of the buttons don’t do anything and it won’t even turn off with the remote. I have to unplug it from the wall. Their help desk is very responsive but he keeps telling me it’s my fault for connecting it improperly. I’m tired of trying to fix it and it’s disappointing because it cost a lot of money.
