So many beautiful capes it is hard to decide.

This is my second purchase with Julahas and both shopping experiences were excellent. I also just received my certificate for the tree planted based on my first purchase--which brought tears to my eyes! Thank you Julahas for caring for the world!

I will lose half the price of the belt by exchanging it. That’s seems quite unreasonable especially since I want to exchange it for a significantly more expensive item. And I wouldn’t receive the in stock new item for about 8 weeks….

Returns are too difficult. I’m still waiting for a response on my return.

The item was supposed to be ready to ship, but getting it shipped took ages and now it's just lost in limbo :(

Ik vind het niet helemaal duidelijk wanneer je pakket binnen je eigen land verzonden wordt. Tevens vind ik het jammer dat de correspondentie en ook deze enquête in het Engels is. Ik heb geen moeite met de taal op zich maar het is de gebruikers-vriendelijkheid.

The website is very well designed. It's easy to filter out what's in stock and the communication of shipping times is clear. After ordering you get a lovely e-mail about the ordered products. If you have any questions, they respond very quickly. Also there's time for a little chat in te e-mail conversation. I love that it's not all business with this business. They are very professional.

So easy only hard thing was picking an item. Lots of lovely communication about julahas and updates on order status inwas confident throughout the waiting time that my order was going to appear. So customer service spot on.
