I may have purchased this product when I first got my cats but did not make any continuing or subscription purchase; it appears you're trying to con customers into thinking they have done so. And you COMPLETELY IGNORED my numerous messages and contact attempts about this, while providing no available customer service contact phone number. Visa canceled the charge, and I tossed the product after you never responded to my offer to ship it back.
