I just tried 2 ml once yesterday morning and felt pretty alert. I didn't notice an appreciable difference taking the Lionsmane but I am optimistic. Today, I took 1ml in the morning and will take 1 ml at night to see if my sleep improves. If not, I will continue to take 2mls in the morning.
