Order originally got lost or stolen from my building. They did everything on their end right with the delivery, still tried to help me, and then replaced the order altogether after I had no luck. High quality products too.

When I went online to order shampoo & conditioner & I saw Tribal Chimp, I thought that is different. I have never heard of Tribal Chimp before. I thought I would give it a try. The price of the shampoo and conditioner bundle was not too expensive. It was a fair price to which I could afford. I am as yet to use the products.

Shipping was fast

I never received my order. Still waiting on it. I'm extremely dissatisfied, as this was a birthday present for my son, and a total waste of money.
