The delivery time frame on purchase was for 8-10 weeks, my chair arrived after 129 days = 19 weeks. I requested a refund multiple times just to be ignored. The delivery man didn't even take the box out of the literal wooden crate from shipping, left this gigantic wooden crate on my driveway, not even my door, under the rain, while he didn't lift a finger. All for a chair with a back support that doesn't even sit straight when not reclined/unfit for office, €600 gone to the drain. You tell me.
