Raging Heroes' customer service team is great. My order was apparently running behind on shipping and they contacted me and let me know and even offered a free miniature to compensate for the lateness. I told them that wasn't necessary since I wasn't in a huge hurry, but I appreciated the update and the offer nonetheless. Once my order shipped it was packaged quite well and made a safe journey from France over here to the US. All around excellent experience.
