I ordered 4 towels & Detergent, and received nothing. The box was damaged & the contents in the box were other people's mail. Someone obviously stole the blackline products and threw in other things. Blackline did nothing to help this situation with no refund or no replacement products. I paid over $100 and they simply said that it was my problem to deal with. Once it left their warehouse, they said that it was not their problem. They don't care about the customer, just getting your money.
