Horrible experience & very unprofessional! My package arrived re-taped. Missing both of the clay towels I’ve ordered & also was missing the sprayer top for the interior cleaner, (how am i supposed to use the interior cleaner without it?) I emailed support to express my concern & they literally said there’s nothing they can do because I didn’t purchase the shipping insurance, here’s the kicker, there was never an option to purchase the insurance.
