Customer service is slow to respond and honestly didn’t start getting responses until I started responding with the number of marketing emails I was getting with no customer service response. Honestly shitty lead times. God help you if they send you the wrong product. Two weeks for response, then 2-3 days more for each response to their questions. Took three weeks to resolve and STILL waiting for the correct product. Very put off.
UPDATE: FINALLY got the lubricant and I was able to go through the entire process. Smooth, shiny finish.
Bottom line, terribly slow customer service. Solid product on first use!
