No customer service. No confirmation emails no sorry your order can’t be fulfilled at this time. We will charge you when your order shipped not charge me for everything even though we haven’t shipped everything and we still haven’t a month later. So you can imagine at this time I’m wondering if you’re ever going to ship the second denim bag I ordered that apparently his back ordered but yeah I haven’t gotten any emails or confirmations or don’t worry we haven’t forgotten your order.

My online shopping experience with Urban Revivo was smooth and user-friendly. The website was easy to navigate, with clear categories, helpful filters, and detailed product descriptions. Checkout was straightforward, and I received a timely order confirmation and shipping updates. The item arrived within the expected timeframe and matched the online images in terms of color and quality. Overall, the process felt efficient and reliable, and I would consider ordering from their online store again.
