thought you were UK based - I was shocked that when I went to do a return you offered a 30% refund of I kept it. Your returns process is terrible - it’s cost me over £30 to return my items which is extortionate and none of the items were the quality I expected which is why I returned. I am very disappointed with my experience. I tried to initiate a return, but the system incorrectly shows that the return window has expired. My order was delivered in two parts, with the second package received on April 8, so I am still within a reasonable return period for those items. It appears the return window was calculated from the order date instead of the delivery date, which is misleading and unfair. I have contacted customer support but have not received any response.
