Well…it took 2 returns and 3 orders to receive the correct product. I ordered a 20” gold tennis necklace and received a 20” silver tennis necklace twice. I asked for expedited shipping on the 3rd order due to this; and that didn’t happen. I also don’t appreciate the AI generated customer service responses I received during all of this.
So the product is great; customer service not so much…
