Cette fois-ci moi bien. Habituellement s’il y a des produits manquants dans ma commande en ligne on m’avise par téléphone. Cette fois-ci se fut sur place et j’ai du retourner 4 jours plus tard pour récupérer l’item manquant. Et je n’ai pas eu ma gratuité (un détail, mais quand même…)… Avec un appel, j’aurai pu décider d’attendre 4 jours pour tout récupérer en même temps. Merci !
