Phoned customer service as I had a couple of questions. They were very helpful. I initially ordered 1 cup handle and 1knob to see what the polished nickel looked like and also the shape of the knob. I was hoping for a mushroom shaped knob as described online but it wasn’t as rounded as I was hoping, it was more flat so I had to return it and get a refund. Apart from that very happy with the shape and finish on the cup handles. Would definitely purchase again in the future.
