The handles I receive do not look like the product picture. There is variation due to monitors / screens, brushing finishes on products, etc., then there are situations where it is so egregious that it doesn't even look like the same product. There was no customer service flexibility in terms of not bearing the cost to send these back, which I would expect given how far off the representation of the product was from the actual. No way would I recommend shopping here.
