The skincare products are good so far. Sad part is the packaging is not appealing at all. According to the price the packaging needs improvement. Thirdly, I have been ordering from this brand since last two years my last purchase was around 17000 pkr but there is no complimentary gift or even a token of appreciation. Which makes us as customer feel a little less valuable.
