the packages I got for my skincare stuff (milk toner and cleanser) the milk toner bottle was completely damaged and dented in during shipping and I assume because of the pressure the cap opened and a certain amount leaked out so I was very sad. def do invest in bubble wrap packing. also work on the scents of these products because they work good but they smell off putting. lastly, the packaging on the makeup products feels cheap and is scraping off
