I am tall (6'0") with long limbs, and I ordered a Large, per my typical size, and this was in no way appropriate or what I was expecting. This jacket looked nothing like the photo. It is much shorter (right at my bum), the material is light and thin, and it feels very cheap, as if it will tear at any moment. All of the buckles are plastic. And the arms are ridiculously short, like mid-forearm. It felt like a prank to receive this jacket. Do not order it.

To make it worse, it arrived damaged, and customer service has been a nightmare. I contacted them right away for a return, but they’ve been unresponsive and slow.
