I have been using similar electrodes for years. Previously, I purchased them through Amazon, and used both Healthmate Forever brand, and also cheaper generic brands. Although I had positive experiences with various brands (including generics), about a year ago, I received generic electrodes from Amazon that gave me a bad rash. It was raised, bloody, and painful, and needed to be seen by my doctor. Wanting to avoid that, I purchased from Healthmate Forever (or, at least, someone using that name). I paid about three times the price I am used to paying, because I wanted a brand I was familiar with and did not have a reaction to. To my horror, I received a generic set of electrodes drop-shipped from Amazon. They were in the exact same packaging that the problem electrodes were in a year ago! They were NOT Healthmate Forever brand (they had no brand name on the packaging). I contacted the seller via e-mail on January 28, and in nearly two weeks, have received no reply. I am currently disputing this transaction with my credit card issuer. Do not buy from this merchant. If you don't have a problem with generic brands, you can get them elsewhere for a third of the price!

Horrible. Never got the product, phone was never answered and never got a call back from any of the multiple attempts calling them and leaving them messages leaving them my number, again, multiple time 'each' message. So they couldn't get it wrong. They have my money, but I have no product. Worst customer service ever.
