The products and range are great, but the shipping expenses has always let them down. They used Amazon delivery and you can't ask them to put in a safe place or change anything. My delivery came when I was out and got placed on my front step. I was not going to be back till the next day. So I had to sit on my front step in the rain for a till the next day. Lucky there was nothing in it that could have been damaged.

I have nothing to show because one of the orders I placed with EZ CAR CARE the order was 8 500 mil bottles of car care and all I got was one bottle of green stuff to keep the alloy wheels clean and they would never replay back to any Emils and when I tried to phone there customer service and once you told them what you where phoning about they just hung up the phone on me and I phoned so many times and I sent that many Emils that I’ve forgot so I would never recommend shopping with EZ CAR CARE products because they will RIP YOU OFF BUY TAKING YOUR MONEY AND NOT SENDING OUT HALF OF YOUR ORDERS I NO THIS BECAUSE I PLACED 2 orders and they told me I was getting a mystery box with 5 500mil bottles free and I never got the mystery box and I never got the 7 missing bottles out of the orders I placed so with the 7 missing bottles and the 5 free bottles in the mystery box that is 12 500mil bottles EZ CAR CARE ows me and once I receive my missing items I will take these down so I look forward to hearing from you EZ CAR CARE
