Very Slow delivery

Plenty of choice with some great deals

Great products, been using them 3 years now

Did request refund due to delay by weeks was ignored of the request and told it will be with me shortly. I understand the delay due to number of orders but a refund of delivery charge wouldve been appreciated. I will not be ordering again. Sorry

The ordering was straightforward but the delivery was slow.

Not great

Been using EX Car Care for years and I think the products are great and they always have offers on so work out at good value. Post waiting times can be lengthy sometimes but it doesn’t really bother me as I order in advance.

Poor customer feedback and support Will never buy again from here!

After 1 month of ordering still didn’t receive my order then requested a refund

Like the look of the new website

This was gift for my son who is very happy with it. I may even get my car washed with it as well!

Products are great but postage and customer service is slow so if you don’t mind waiting 2-3 weeks when estimated delivery is 3-4 days your fine but don’t expect it to be shipped and received when they think because it will never happen

I have ordered a few times from EZ & up til now orders were received promptly. Unfortunately, can’t say the same for my last order. Over a week overdue now!

Took nearly a month to arrive no communication sent multiple emails had to cancel the 2nd order as was told it would be sent out Friday to be them told they didn’t even have the stuff and wouldn’t be getting it back in time shocking spent a lot with these guys never again

Slow delivery but brilliant product makes up for it

Sort the delivery times ; sometimes 3 days, sometimes 3 weeks. May i ask why George Gel has been dropped? It's a good product and I've never got on with Viper

In relation to order; 383948 Placed the order 7th February, today is 21st February and STILL NOTHING HAS BEEN DESPATCHED. Customer care has been absolutely disgraceful. Nobody ever answers the phone, and when I emailed to find out more about my order I had a standard copy and paste email trying to also make a light joke about them being busy. The very few messages I’ve had back and forth with Renae has been an absolute waste of time. She’s still not rang me back or forwarded my complaint to a manager. On social media several other people are complaining about the exact same thing - EZ Car Care are quick enough to take payment but not interested in sending anything out. Avoid at all costs!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Delivery took a long time on this occasion and I had to chase up to see when it would be. Then the order wasn't correct upon arrival.

Delivery was so so slow, 17 days.
