The black jacket is advertised as a “velvet” jacket. It is 95% polyester. I researched the return policy BEFORE I ordered the jacket and it says NOTHING about shipping from China. So when I emailed lilipretty for the return address they told me that the cost to return was prohibitive and it could get hung up in customs. They sent me $4 and told me to keep the jacket. A jacket that I will never wear. Lesson learned. I also ordered the green jacket and they gave me another $4.
