I was extremely disappointed with this jacket. The quality looked far better online, but in person, it was clear that it’s cheaply made and absolutely not worth the hefty price tag. To make matters worse, the jacket arrived with a noticeable defect. I reached out to the company twice to resolve the issue but received no response at all. The lack of communication and accountability is unacceptable.
Overall, this experience has been a disaster—poor-quality products, overpriced items, and terrible customer service. I strongly caution others to avoid this company; it feels like a scam.
