I had to get a replacement for my first lamp because of some technical issues. The people were super nice and helpful but I received the wrong lamp so I got another and it was wrong again. This was frustrating because both times the people told me they were going to personally test the lamp themselves before shipping it. The order they put in was the correct lamp but I received the wrong one. On the third time I finally got the right lamp. I am still going to buy from them but I would be lying if I said this experience wasn’t frustrating
