Pretty good but sometimes it will take anything up to 10 days for an order to arrive after receiving the email that the order is on its way. No rhyme nor reason. Maybe it's Royal Mail or the courier but it does make scheduling a continuous supply a bit tricky. Recently, an extra order arrived within 2 days but my subscription order arrived a week later even though I had been told that it was on its way some 3 days before I placed the extra order.
