I ordered bike, got confirmation and then for several days nothing. Only after I asked about my orders whereabouts, I got answer that the bike is not available in the colour I had ordered. (How come it is even possible to place an order for product wihtout stock). Then I was told that if I change colour my order would be dispatched immediately. And I got a bike few days later.

Hello Fafrees team, how did it go ? So far not so good. The bike itself was OK - I managed to assemble it relatively quickly and without any issues. The problem is that I have ordered the bike with a large back basket and front basket. But the bike I have received has a standard back basket and no front basket. I have checked with the support team: They did not explain to me why did it happen (wrong bike was sent to me) They told me they are out of stock of additional baskets and cannot send it

Really pleased with the F20 Pro, slight problem with the hand grip but quickly rectified from customer services who arranged for a replacement to be sent out. Battery range is getting better with use and would probably get the stated range with moderate pedalling and assist level 1. Build quality is very good for the price point, an addition of a rear carrier bag I purchased of eBay sets me up for a good full day out with a packed lunch, waterproofs, tools and spares. Well recommended. Thank you

Ausser einem fehlenden oder falschen Kabel für die vordere Lampe passt alles. Mit dem vorderen Korb ist die Lampe nicht benützbar.
