Terrible! Enlarged Rear Rack + Front Basket were not with the bike. I got in touch with Fafrees only to be told they were out of stock and would be sent on July 2nd. I asked for a tracking number and was told that the warehouse staff had forgotten to send them! I am still waiting for them to be sent. I am disappointed! to say the least, as it was the enlarged rear rack that attracted me to order a a Fafrees Trike. Anything that you can do to rectify this situation will be greatly appreciated.
