Ordered products with rush shipping to be delivered on vacation and we never received our package. Therefore we had to run to a store and purchase products I wouldn't normally use for my daughter. Was told there was an issue in the warehouse at the time. But we were on vacay for 2 weeks and never got it. Now, still waiting for our replacement package that has supposedly been sent twice. I feel like it would be fair at this point to have some kind of compensation given forthe significant delay.
