I ordered two Kids Mystery Shirt boxes as Christmas presents for my godsons. At checkout I clearly stated:
“No UK or Ireland clubs. Ideally from the 25/26 season, and not an international shirt.”
Despite this, both shirts I received were English clubs:
• Preston North End
• Wolves third shirt
The season wasn’t the main issue, but I specifically requested no UK clubs, which was ignored entirely.
Customer service acknowledged this was their mistake and told me to return them for replacements.
