I spent £250 on two lights and never received my order. The courier claimed it was left on my doorstep, but nothing was there. I contacted the company several times and was repeatedly told to ‘wait,’ with no real support or investigation. It has now been two weeks and they have stopped responding altogether. Extremely poor service and zero accountability. I would not recommend buying from this company.
