I paid for expedited shipping in order to get the order before Christmas. Not only was the order shipped a week after Christmas but it was not expedited. Again I reached out to customer service through the website (as there is no phone number available) twice about this issue and never received a reply. The lack of care and customer service truly is insulting. I will not use this site again and will not recommend it to anyone I know.

Overall my experience was really good. Some of the plants in my order faired better than others in transit, but after some time and extra care everything is now thriving. Shipping was fairly fast and the soil and foliage were wrapped really well on everything. Most importantly to me there were no pests on anything! This was my first time ordering plants online and I was really worried about brining pests into my home! I would order from House Plant Shop again.
