Navigating the site was simple enough. I did get a tracking number within a day only to find out that the item was never handed over to the carrier. I waited a week. I have an issue with the protective case they sent me for the 39 inch holofan and they will no longer return emails or live chat. We will have to do a charge back on our credit card for the defective unit because they will no longer respond after 5 days. It is noted in the conversations that this is an urgent matter but they will no longer respond.
