I ordered a Ray 5 mini pre-black Friday.. And it was shipped USPS ground advantage.. since I'm in Hawaii it means my package is in San Francisco, there it waits until the container is filled, then it will travel by boat to me here in Hawaii.. I cannot express how disgusted I am at USPS, and YOU for setting me up for disappointment.. is this how you would like to be treated.
Edit: I received my package the next day I think.. now that I'm calm I want to express my appreciation for all the cool electronic geeks and engineers. The business guys are great at pricing for the new beginners.. I hope the future of ray5 mini is a pnp 10w module that way I can do my 4k printing with the 3.5w and expand cutting capabilities with much needed power.
As for shipping.. I clicked buy, was hopeful at the 3-4 day estimate and readily paid the added shipping to Hawaii.. after clicking buy the estimate changed to nearly 3 weeks.. then I got this please review your experience email 2 weeks into my excruciating wait.. anyways if I order anything I'll look for management change.. hope someone makes them read this review.
