Don't think I'd use the service again, but thank you for the opportunity to shop with you this time around. I also sent 2 emails regarding an update on order status that went unanswered. The communication via the whatsapp line was more effective. However again when asking for an update the answer was "I'll find out from the factory ans get back to you" And then that was it, never got an answer on 2 occcassions.
