One of the gallons had a broken seal so the box was a bit of a mess and the bottle and there was some loss of the precious product. I mostly just wanted to inform you that there had been a problem and have some one hear my frustration but the lovely kind woman on the phone said send me a picture, which I did and she (you) sent me a new 1/2 gallon! That was incredible generous of the company! Thank you!
