Great communication along the way

Great experience

So simple.

.

It was very professional working with this company and the art piece is absolutely beautiful hello

Received regular messages on the status: from creating the painting all the way through to delivery. Comforting to receive contact details for contacting MesonArt in case of questions.

Great product, great communication, easy to do business with.

Lots of options and customizations

Second piece I purchased and both are lovely. Very much as shown on the site. Do wish they came with wire to help in the hanging process,

Took much longer to get picture so I had to delay shipment. Artist was on vacation but that wasn’t communicated to me so was expecting it earlier. Lynn who I was working with was very helpful and patient with me. I absolutely love my painting and would buy from them again!

Scrolled through many options and found one that caught my eye. Shopping was as easy as pressing a button to order and enter my dimensions and requirements. Will order again from MesonArt!

They were professional and kept me informed through all the steps

Mostly a good experience but prior to placing the order, we didn’t realise we had to pay customs tax

Easy to order. I requested a hurry on delivery as I was leaving Florida for 6 months. The company was very accommodating.

Team kept me updated about the progress and shipping details which was great.

customer Service was great

ho riscontrato una grande professionalità e disponibilità nella gestione degli inconvenienti

Easy

Great experience. They even made the alteration I requested.

Everything went as planned.

It was easy and great.

I knew what I wanted and when I saw the 35% discount I took advantage of it.

I saw ad on my social media and found a painting that meant something to me. I ordered it and they contacted me after it was finished to be approved. I was so impressed that they painted it after I ordered it, and that it wasn't just sitting at some warehouse waiting to be purchased. Of course I approved and I received it very quickly. So impressed with how it was shipped, it was in a wooden box. I will definitely buy from them again.

I do wish the shipping didn't take so long but that's out of your hands

very Beautiful

she refused to accept the return

good experience

still waiting for resolvment

The packaging was very secure and well done, which I really appreciate. However, it was quite tightly packed, and it was a bit difficult to open—especially for one person. Some easier-to-open packaging would be helpful.

Es war zwar etwas aufwändig durch Zoll etc, aber es hat sich gelohnt. Mailkontakt und Abwicklung waren schnell, zuverlässig und immer freundlich.

They were really helpful with the delivery as there are some issues in this region. They agreed to deliver to the UK instead, which was helpful as many people have just cancelled.

Great professional service, clear communication, and super end result. Would buy again.

love painting and costumer service

Slow shipping, expensive, but worth the wait

I can’t stop staring at the mesmerising combination of vibrant and soulful colours. And I love touching the sandy texture of that golden earth on the left hand side at the bottom. Can’t wait to show it off in my new home when I move!
