Your customer service is terrible. There is no one to help with questions in a timely manner manner! It took me 2 days to figure out how to sync the watch to my phone. When I finally got the face I wanted it reverted to the original yellow face and I have to keep going back to the app to restore the face I prefer. You can improve your company by have a 24 hour helpline like Fitbit and by having a stateside outlet where watches can be delivered in less than the 18 days it took mine to arrive.
