Customer Service has stock replies, doesn't want people to send items back, quick to offer a discount as they know that what they send out is cheap items from China. Get very nasty in emails if you try and persue sending back, as its to USA costs a fortune. So their 100% guarantee return is not valid

After I confirmed the order "CONFIMATION" once again came up. Thinking that I hadn't confirmed correctly I hit confirmed again only to find that I had placed an order for two. i immediately sent an email to cancel one but was told that it had already been shipped. Also the advertisement advised in Australian dollars but when I checked my bank statement found out that it was in US dollars. Felt it was dishonest advertising.
