Not impressed. Your advertising that it 8s suitable for seniors with little technical experience and is easily set up is TOTALLY WRONG. I worked as a systems analyst before I retired. I use a smartphone, laptop and tablet constantly yet l am really struggling to get to grips with half of it's capabilities. Also I'm disabled and along with a large number of older people, use a walking frame. The watch doesn't count that as steps.

Terrible service. Tried to return watch. Was given an improper address. Wanted me to pay customs, yet I was shipping within Canada. The item was returned, at my expense. Ridiculous amount of back & forth with the same improper information. I have the product now, and no proper way to return it. Terrible service. The watch may be great…the service is not.
