The product was out of stock for almost a year, then when I got a notification that it was back in stock, it actually wasn't. Delivery didn't go smoothly either. I was told stand and lights would arrive as two shipments, a day apart. Stand arrived without lights. When I called to ask where the lights were, turns out they were sitting in a Fedex warehouse. Perhaps these things were out of Canadian Grow Supplies control; however, as a consumer, they are my contact point. It wasn't a very smooth process. The product itself is great though!
