I had a really disappointing experience with this store. I purchased an item that, upon arrival, I immediately realized was the wrong size. I never wore it and initiated a return right away, relying on the clear “free returns” messaging on their website.
Only after sending the item back did I find out that it was supposedly “non-returnable,” which directly contradicts what was advertised upfront. Instead of shipping the item back to me or working toward a resolution, you kept item and money.

Please have someone from customer service contact me about returning my shoes. I only needed them for a video shoot I was doing and they arrived well after the shoot and much longer than expected. I ordered them weeks in advance and when I reached out to customer service I got no response at all. I still have them in the unopened delivery package and would very much appreciate a refund.
