The company did respond quickly when I needed information via email. Even though it was international shipping it got to me in a decent amount of time. The companies chat answered direct questions with good information but there was sometimes a delay in the chat response on their site by at least a day. This rug is quite a bit shorter than measurements listed. I emailed the company on what could be done, never got a reply! And it’s not just an inch or two, 10” short on side and 4” short on other side. Very disappointed!! It doesn’t fit my space.
