Never received the order. I have contacted the companies various email addresses, phone number provided by my credit card company, their website chat, Instagram. Never received a response to any of my out reaches. The only contact received was when I had my credit card company contact them, and then Grailed Locker reached out asking me kindly to remove the complaint, and then they marked my order as complete. I replied requesting accurate tracking, no response. Do not trust this company.
