I've been a customer of this brand for quite a while because of their good quality products and great designs. In the past, delivery was always on time, which made me trust them even more. Unfortunately, this recent experience was very disappointing.
After my shipping date passed, I contacted customer service and was told that my order had been shipped by regular mail and could not be tracked. I was surprised because I had specifically chosen express shipping so I could track the package. It eventually turned out that the order was lost in the mail.
They told me they would place a rush replacement order, but even that took more than a week to process. I work in the print industry myself, so I know that standard rush orders are usually completed much faster. What frustrated me even more was that whenever I contacted them for updates, they couldn't even tell me what stage my replacement order was at.
Overall, I'm very disappointed with both the shipping process and the customer service experience this time. Sadly, I think this will be the last time I purchase from them.
